Frequently Asked Questions for our Camp Programs

Q.  Why Atlantic Soccer Factory?
A.  The Atlantic Soccer Factory is the ultimate resource for clubs, players and parents alike, ASF objectives are to create a solid base in youth soccer structured around our desire to “Build Champions”. The Atlantic Soccer Factory is built on a solid foundation of highly qualified and experienced coaches who are available to your team and/or individual players. You now have the ability to tap into an amazing resource, brimming with the expertise and a wealth of knowledge needed for any players to move on to the next level. The Atlantic Soccer Factory will provide the tools needed to optimize opportunities of success for your players.

Q. How do I apply?
A.  Applications can be found on the camp area of our webpage, fill in the registration form and send it in and we will send you a confirmation email on receipt.

Q. How do I make payment?
A.  Payment can be made 2 ways: 1) Online payment via PayPal that can be found on the camp area of our webpage and 2) Send a check via mail to 107 Daphne Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.

Q. Who do I make my check payable to?
A.  All checks are to be made payable to Atlantic Soccer Factory.

Q.  What time is arrival and pick up?
A.  We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the first session on Monday so we can get everyone registered quickly and efficiently and can get the campers started on activities as soon as possible. For the remainder of the week please make sure and arrive 5-10minutes before the start of camp.

There will be a designated area for pick ups at the end of the day, please make sure and arrive on time.

Q.  What do the kids bring to the camps?
A.  Soccer ball, shin guards, sunscreen, soccer cleats, packed lunch for those participating in full day camp or a small snack for those participating in a half day camp and most importantly enough water for the day.

Q.  What is the coach to camper ratio?
A.  The ratio is 1 coach for every 12 campers.

Q.  How are the players “grouped” at camp?
A.  Day camp groups are determined by age and ability, assuming they are not part of a team. We challenge and stimulate each player and continually evaluate the groups to ensure everyone is correctly placed.

Q.  Are campers in the hot sun all day training?
A.  Campers are given scheduled water and rest breaks in the shade during the day. Campers are also highly encouraged to drink plenty of fluids during the day.

Q.  What happens if my camper gets hurt or sick at camp?
A.  Parents or legal guardians are notified at home or at emergency numbers provided on the camp registration. General first aid is provided by staff.

Q.  If I cancel due to a conflict in our plans, do I lose my entire registration fee?
A.  No, you will only lose the non refundable deposit of $50

Q.  I am the coach of a team; can you do something special for my players?
A.  Absolutely, we can create a custom camp specifically for your team. We will send you a team analysis sheet so that you can help us identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team.

Q. Who should I call if the weather is bad during the camp?
A.  Please contact the Soccer Office (609-272-9232) that is listed on the front of your camp brochure. If you cannot find their contact details check the internet for the number, www.atlanticsoccerfactory.com. Also you can check the web for up to date details if for some reason camp has to be cancelled for the day due to weather.

Q.  Do you offer child care before or after camp?
A.  No, our coaches are not able to provide this service.

Q.  Does ASF provide programs outside of summer camps?
