Some are born talented; others work hard to get to the level where they are at… One thing we all know is that no matter who they are, they can always be better!
There are barriers in which the body does not like to push. There are barriers in which the mind can play games. These barriers are there to be pushed in a safe, yet competitive way.
This program was set up to administer direct Speed, Agility, Power, Strength and Management training. These factors are major principles in ALL sporting arenas. Our sessions are taught in a unique “autocratic” style, where the coach pushes the athlete, so that they can overcome obstacles with the mind, as well as the body, thus creating not only a physically better athlete, but a more positive attitude towards training, practice, games and competitions.
The coaches who administer this program are specific speed and agility coaches. These coaches have direct experience within this topic, both coaching and competing and are highly qualified. These individuals are passionate and are there to help the athletes in any one of the fields listed above. This program can be run in conjuction with soccer training already being administered by another coach – so that they do not contradict eachother, but rather work in harmony to create a better, more talented soccer player.
As well as soccer training, we also provide Speed and Agility work for a variety of sports including Football, Rugby, Tennis, Swimming, Track and Field, Hockey, Lacrosse, Wrestling, Frisbee and Bobsleigh.
We would like the opportunity to work with your up and coming players/student athletes. They will work on Agility, Speed, Power, Strength, Co-ordination, Flexibility, Technique, Acceleration, Deceleration, mind control and many other aspects of the chosen sport.
