This unique program has been specifically designed to optimize the most experienced and qualified coaching staff ever to be assembled within one organization.
With the emphasis on Player Development and Education, each player will have the opportunity to maximize their true potential both as an individual and within the team concept. Each team will have its own coach as well as having access to our world class speed and agility coaches and several specialist coaching staff members through our Position Specific Training days.
Boasting a coaching staff of 15 of the most experienced qualified staff and headed up by Matt Driver, a former MLS and WPS coach, United will field teams from the rising U11’s through our college showcase age groups at U18’s for both boys and girls. All teams will participate in 3 – 4 premier tournaments from June to August.
This program will surely set the standard that all other programs will be measured on; below you can find what we have scheduled for the summer months:
- 10 week player Development Training Program beginning the week of May 17th and ending August 1st
- Each team will have its own specific Head Coach. ASF coaches are a minimum Level Two or National USSF Licensed A and B Level Coaches
- Training 2 times per week – 1.5hr each session
- A 2 day training mini-camp to be scheduled before first tournament In June
- 3 – 4 Tournaments during the summer ( 16 – 18 player squad 3 Tournaments – 20 player squad 4 Tournaments)
- 3 Tournaments for all College Showcase Teams
- 3 Position Specific Training Weekends – GK / Defense / Midfield / Striker. Each position will have a 1.5 hr session in addition to 30 minutes of Speed and Agility
- All uniforms and training kit to be included in cost
- Player Operations Manual
- 2 Education Lectures – Diet and Nutrition / Injury Prevention
- 2 College Information Lectures – Q and A with college coach and or administrator / Tools for the college admissions process
- Access to a Speed and Agility Specialist through our Xcelerate program at all Training Sessions
- Individual Goal Keeping coach will work with the GK’s at every Training Session
